Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped are:
United States: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Fulfillment Locations
To provide our products efficiently, some orders may be fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partners.
Depending on product availability and your delivery location, your order may be shipped from a domestic or international fulfillment facility.
If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information before the order is processed. However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Melvuno cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before your order enters fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at support@melvuno.store.
We may ask you to verify your shipping information and contact the shipping carrier while we assist in investigating your shipment.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Melvuno has no control over customs processing times or charges imposed by local authorities.
